Smart City Delhi Awas Vikas aspires to make the living of people easier in the capital. You can now live in Delhi. Registrations are now open and anyone from the public, private or government sector can apply approx 208 units Under the "DELHI AWAS VIKAS YOJANA" Under DRAW SCHEME.

TYPE-1 : Any person can apply for membership of an apartment with Built-up area 350 Sq.ft by the booking amount of ₹11,000.
TYPE-2 : Any person can apply for membership of an apartment with Built-up area 460 Sq.ft by the booking amount of ₹21,000.
TYPE-3 : Any person can apply for membership of an apartment with Built-up area 880 Sq.ft by the booking amount of ₹31,000.
TYPE-4 : Any person can apply for membership of an apartment with Built-up area 1250 Sq.ft by the booking amount of ₹41,000.
TYPE-5 : Any person can apply for membership of an apartment with Built-up area 1650 Sq.ft by the booking amount of ₹51,000.
TYPE-6 : Any person can apply for membership of an apartment with Built-up area 1900 Sq.ft by the booking amount of ₹61,000.

The Scheme Encourage Women and Government Employees. A total of 33% units is reserved for women and Government Employees. The society registration no. is S/RS/SW/1529/2016 and the society is Registered under Registrar of societies, District South west, Govt. of NCT of Delhi.

The Master Plan Delhi-2021 and Land Pooling Policy is a buzzword in Delhi. Central Government has further come up with a truly affordable housing scheme under MPD-2021 to make living in Delhi easier. The mission of MPD-2021 is ‘Housing for All by 2022’. The mission is focusing on creating the required infrastructure which includes roads, healthcare dispensaries, sanitation, proper sewerage, and houses. The present population of Delhi is 1.7 Cr people, of which DDA can accommodate only 1.5 crores. By the end of 2021, the population is expected to increase to 2.5 Crore. To cover the existing deficit and 80 lakh more people, MPD-2021 has been formed.

4. Electricity Installation Charges, Maintenance Charges, Meter Connection Charges and other charges are extra and shall be collected before
